Was ist Empfehlenswert, ein Enzelunternehmen (so wie ich es habe) oder doch eine S.R.O?

Hallo Arnold,

im Generellen gesprochen sollte man eine sro dem Einzelunternehmen aufgrund der Haftungsbeschränkung vorziehen. Wo allerdings keine Haftung gegeben ist, da muss man diese auch nicht einschränken.

Entscheidung über Einzelunternehmen oder s.r.o. liegt vor allem in diesen Bereichen:
1.) Haftungsbeschränkung
2.) Steuerliche Aspekte
3.) Marketingtechnische (Image) Aspekte
