Bei der Slowakischen GmbH ist zwingend ein Geschäftsführer notwendig. Die Bestellung des Geschäftsführers als auch dessen Abberufung erfolgt durch die Generalversammlung.

Auch Dienstverträge mit dem Geschäftsführer sind von der Generalversammlung zu bewilligen. Der Geschäftsführer muss seinen Wohnsitz nicht in der Slowakei haben
