Hauptversammlung der Aktionäre als oberstes Organ des Unternehmens - sie hat über alle Änderungen der Satzung zu befinden

Vorstand, dem die Geschäftsführung und die Vertretung der Gesellschaft obliegt und wird von der Hauptversammlung gewählt.

Aufsichtsrat - besitzt eine Überwachungsfunktion und kontrolliert die Tätigkeit des Vorstandes.
