Guten Tag,

kann mir bitte jemand sagen ob es nötig ist, die neue Firma auch irgendwo zu registrieren und ob damit auch einige Gebühren verbunden sind?

Hallo Karol,

natürlich ist es nötig, die Firma zu registrieren, weil sie mit dem Tage ihrer Eintragung in das Handelsregister entsteht.

Dort müssen auch mehrere Angaben eingetragen werden. Zum Beispiel: Handelsname, Sitz der Gesellschaft, Identifikationsnummer, Gegenstand der Tätigkeit, Rechtsform der juristischen Person, Infos über dem statutarischen Organ und des Prokuristen, und noch weitere Umstände.
