Der Antrag auf Registrierung beim örtlich zuständigen Steueramt – jenes Amt, in dessen Bereich der Sitz der Gesellschaft liegt – muss spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Gründung bzw. Registrierung im Handelsregister erfolgen. Für jene österreichischen Unternehmen, die keine ständige Betriebsstätte in der Slowakei haben, muss eine Registrierung ab dem ersten Tag der steuerpflichtigen Tätigkeit in der Slowakei erfolgen.
