Der Mindestlohn ist gesetzlich festgelegt, wobei es 5 Mindestlohnklassen gibt, die je nach Art der vereinbarten Tätigkeit zum Tragen kommen. Der gesetzliche Mindestlohn kommt nicht zum Tragen, wenn ein Kollektivvertrag gilt.
